Hello,
In the case of "total unbundling," your ISP provides you with an ADSL signal access. How can you directly measure the presence of this signal at the telephone socket? (Not to mention to rule out the modem in case nothing works anymore)
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

I believe that the lowest quality ones are around €250... and if your box doesn't work on a socket at your place but works at a neighbor's, there's no point in testing; the problem must be coming from outside... I just advise you to always test with your modem on your line entry (DTI TEST box, either a box with a phone logo or the first socket of your installation) FT is responsible up to there...

Hello
Thank you for your help. It's clear that I'm not going to start looking for such a device at that price...
However, I notice that in case of a failure... you end up feeling quite isolated... is the problem with my
ISP or FT? The "It's not me, it's him" excuse is well known... and in the meantime, billing
continues! The lack of transparency is legal... to the detriment of the customer.
