j'ai attrapé un virus sur mon EasyNotes qui chantais en boucle"porque t vas", j'ai chargé, avast et difender qui ont tout nettoyé, mais mon ordinateur reste très lent.
Que puis-je faire.

Bonjour
Ne garde qu'un anti-virus.
Ensuiet fais ceci pour vérifier
Télécharge HijackThis :
---> http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HiJackThis.exe
Installe le dans son propre dossier :
- clic droit sur le bureau, tu choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe-le à l'intérieur.
Double-clic sur HijackThis.
Clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

quand j'allume il n'ouvre pas direct, écran noir et demande XP familiale ou console de recup

Bien, commence par désinstaller un anti-virus, car il est inutile d'en avoir deux, de plus ils pouraient rentrer en conflits et faire planter Windows.
Ensuite ;

Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir enregistre le fichier à un endroit ou tu le retrouvera facilement.
Ensuite, fais un copier du texte qui y aura dans ce fichier puis colles le ici stp

Tu as toujours deux même trois anti-virus d'installer, n'en garde qu'un le cas échéant c'est pas comme ça que ton PC retrouvera de sa puissance
* Vas dans ajouter/supprimer et désinstalle :

* Dès que tu as désinstallé tout ça, remet un rapport hijackthis.
Puis je t'indiquerai quoi faire et je te donnerai les liens pour retélécharger les logiciels désinstaller pour que tu puisses possder la dernière version en date

Ne remet plus de rapport Hijackthis pour le moment il y en a assez là.
Télécharge ceci et exécute-le sur ton PC cela permettra de supprimer les restes de Norton.
Redémarre ton PC dès que c'est fait et dis-le moi ;-)

Je pense avoir compris, il faudrait que tu bloques l'accès au net à ton PowerCinema car il chercher à se connecter malgré que tu ne l'est pas d'ou l'apparition de cette fenêtre.

Désactive le pare-feu de Windows(SP2) il ne sert à rien puis installe celui ci pour plus de sécurité

Tous les trois sont complémentaires donc je te conseille vivement de les garder.
Peut-être que le pare-feu réglera ton "problème" avec AOL, mais ça c'est à toi de nous le dire, le cas échéant je vois pas d'où pourrait provenir le problème mis à part AOL qui chercher à se connecter pour donner l'accès au web à une application cherchant à se connecter, mais là c'est une supposition !

Pour info: le firewall a trouvé :Application: c:\WINDOWS\system32\cidaemon.exeDescription: Indexing Service filter daemon
qui tentait d'ouvrir une application et reste un peu lent .
g viré kapersky en fin de periode d'essai et chargé AVG.
