Probleme pc

Bonjour,
je pense avoir un souci avec mon pc car quand je vais sur IE7 un message s affiche gen_ toolbar et je peux plus ouvrir les page ca marque erreur de page j ai voulu restaurer pas possible car j ai une page blanche mon pc et ralenti j ai deux antivirus antivir et bitdefender j ai installer hijackthis mais rien ne fait
j ai bessoin d aide j esperes quil a une personne qui sera m aider
