je cherche à configurer mon compte webmail sur mon nouveau portable équipé de vista et voila ce que je reçois en réponse
 Compte : 'benson', Serveur : 'mail.life-impact-energy.com', Protocole : POP3, Réponse du serveur : '-ERR authorization first', Port : 110, Sécurisé (SSL) : Non, Erreur de serveur : 0x800CCC90, Numéro d'erreur : 0x800CCC18

quelqu'un at il déja eu se probléme

les paramètres de ta messagerie sont erronés 

qu'est ce que tu as mis dans le serveur de courrier entrant et serveur de courrier sortant ?

selectionner en surbrillance le compte 
propriétes
serveurs

je ne connais pas ton FAI  

ton problème vient de là en principe leserveur entrant commence par pop.  et le sortant par   smtp.

quand je change les parametres par du pop et du stmtp voici la repnse

Si cela marche j'ai configuré un mail sur vista
je suis allé sur le site  bon c'est en anglais  à priori tu peux carrément téléchargé la config de ta boite mail à partir du site , je ne l'ai pas fait pour ne pas interférer sur ma propre boite mail mais essaye il faut ensuite verifier les paramètres pop. et smtp. et cela devrait marcher
