Hello,
I just bought a 8820 and I made the mistake of synchronizing too quickly with my Outlook: I now have over 2000 contacts.
How can I delete them all in one operation, is it possible?
Thank you to everyone who knows.

Blackberry menu key
then
Options / Security Options / General Settings/Services
Blackberry menu key
then select: wipe handheld data
your blackberry will ask you to type "blackberry" and then confirm by pressing ok, in one minute all data (contacts, messages..) from the device will be erased.
good luck -
Well, the topic goes back two years, but still. Incredible, the guy asks how to erase JUST THE CONTACTS. And everyone responds to wipe 100% of everything on his Blackberry, incredibly stupid and backward.
Connect your Blackberry to your PC with the USB cable. Open Blackberry Desktop Software (here I'm talking about version 6.0 bundle 1965), but it's similar for older versions. Click on the device at the top left, then click on Delete Data..., selected data, and click on Address Book - All, then click Delete at the bottom.
Do not do (for any potential readers in 2012 and beyond) what is explained above, the idiots will have you format your Blackberry with their nonsense.-

You need to install the application: BlackBerry Desktop Manager via the CD provided with your BlackBerry purchase. Then you can make modifications on your BlackBerry, add or delete. There will be synchronization between the application and your BlackBerry. The same principle as with an iPod or iPhone, and iTunes.
Also, if it is only a few contacts, you can do it manually on the BlackBerry directly with the delete key (del). You position yourself on a contact (it must be highlighted in blue), do not enter the contact, and press the del key. -

You need to go to tools, then security settings. Once in security settings, press the key between the pearl and the hang-up button. In the menu that appears, press "clear terminal content."

On MAC OS
connect the Blackberry as if we want to synchronize contacts, calendars, etc.
In the Blackberry menu (at the top of the screen), look for "wipe device data" and go for it...
This should be equivalent in Windows. -

Good evening sir, I installed IncrediMail 2, the new version, a few days ago, and my issue is the following: in my contact list, some have changed servers, so I note the new address, but I cannot delete the old one, or an old contact. Can you please help me resolve this little problem via email? Thank you very much, best regards! MD.

To delete a range of call logs, highlight a call log. Hold down the Shift key. Drag your finger up or down on the touchpad. Release the Shift key.
