The webpage closes by itself

My Facebook page keeps closing every time I click on friends or family members who ask me to be their friends, even though I was already in a relationship with them.

Good evening, well we're going to have to clean up this PC, download these programs and run them one by one in the order I will give you, first:

1) internet options and delete temp files + cookies
2) install Ccleaner and run it
3) install adaware and run it
4) install spybot search & destroy and run it
5) install Regseeker and run it
6) do a thorough scan with your antivirus (30min-1h)

If it's still not okay, do a hijackthis and post the report

I did what you suggested and it worked, the only problem is that the "previous" and "next" buttons, as well as all the others, are gone now..

when you're on the internet go to view/toolbars/customize and you can put it back
