Bonjour, A l'ouverture de l'ordi. 1 fenetre RunDLL avec le message: erreur de chargement de C:\windows\system32\gzmrotate.dll le module specifie est introuvable. j'ai fait scan and save logfile! que dois aire maintenant! SVP AIDEZ MOI.MERCI

lance hijackthis puis selectionne ces lignes sur la gauche , puis fais FIX CHEKED

->Relance AVG AS -> "Analyse" ->"Paramètres"

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" :

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines"
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".

->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici

lance( et non lnace...) hijackthis puis selectionne ces lignes sur la gauche , puis fais FIX CHEKED

C'est vraiment genereux de ta part de regler les problemes des autres. Avec AVG j'ai supprimé les cookies et la fenetre RunDll a disparue, et j'ai fait 1 scan avec total scan par la suite.le resultat est que je suis tjrs infecté!
que faire maintenant? Merci
