Gros problème avec mon PC depuis cinq jours

Bonjour,

J’ai un gros problème avec mon PC depuis cinq jours.
J’ai acheté un produit en ligne, et je crois, attrapé un virus sur le site, car depuis, ma machine est très fortement ralentie UNIQUEMENT quand j’ulise internet, ce qui est curieux et très ennuyeux.

Voici quelques chiffres pour illustrer mon propos (quand je suis connecté donc) :
- Processus : 39 ;
- UC utilisée : 100% quasiment tout le temps (il suffit que je tape une recherche sur google, que je clique sur un lien, qu’une page web s’affiche, et souvent sans même besoin que je fasse quoi que ce soit et que je sois simplement en train de lire des infos par exemple) ;
- Charge dédiée : 457 Mo ;
- Processus qui me prend le plus de place : firefox.exe : entre 61.000 et 65.000 Ko, monte parfois au-delà de 100.000 Ko.

Que dois-je faire pour réparer tout cela svp ?
