    Hello,
.bak files are recovery files for an application. For example, sauvegarde.doc and sauvegarde.bak, the .doc corresponds to the last saved version and the .bak to the recovery version; you just need to change the extension back to the original extension. Therefore, you need to know the software or type of file.
In your case, youpi83300, the acp format corresponds to an architecture software "architecte pro" from Micro Application, version 2007 or 2008.
Hoping to have answered your question.
    Best regards
    Gery

In this case, everything depends on the nature of your file, you need to change the .bak extension to the original extension:
if it’s a CD image, you replace .bak with .iso
if it’s a Word document, you replace it with .doc ...etc.....

Don't hesitate to ask if you need help finding the original extension; I just need to know the nature of your file.

I am looking to open a bak file. The original file is a dwg file, but it has been deleted. Is it possible to recover it using the bak file?
