Mon ordinateur se bloque :(

Bonjour,
Depuis un moment mon ordinateur n'arrete pas de se bloker quand je le laisse allumé et que je par au travail en le laissant télécharger, et aprais je suis obligé de le rallumer manuellement se qui ,je pense , va commencer a abimer ma machine :s !
