Hi, you don't need to look too much into it because your demo needs to be taken to a specialist because there is a circuit that is burnt and it needs to be repaired. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with the software but that's the solution.

you can connect the boot via cable and then flash it; if the EEPROM doesn’t respond, it needs to be reprogrammed by a technician who has a programmer.

Good evening everyone, I have a problem. I can't download my software on my Starsat X3500CUCI, whereas before it was charging. When I plug it in, it shows "load" for 5 seconds and then nothing happens; it just stops. Please help me, I can't do it anymore. Thank you in advance.

Salut, tu comprends que suite aux attaques satellites, ton démo est en panne. T’es pas le seul, c’est ces bâtards de CanalSat, c’est eux qui font ces attaques avec leur système par ultrason via satellite. Ils ont même détruit les démos de leurs abonnés. Faut pas être surpris, c’est leur stratégie pour conserver leurs abonnés.

I have a Starsat SR-X400D. It worked for a week and now it won't start anymore. It always displays ON. I tried to reflash it but it doesn't respond. The LOADER (with ALLCODE + BOOTLOADER) gets stuck on "test serial port status," which means it can't find the demo.
Can someone help me?
I read on some forums that the cause could be:
1- failed flashing
2- burnt resistor (!!!????)
Since the demo worked fine for a week, I wonder if reflashing could help. But I don't know which resistor to check. Everything looks normal at first glance.
I also read something about the JTAG cable. What is this cable like? Should I buy it or is there a plan to make one?

On this forum, I just read that a circuit may possibly be burnt. Does anyone have an idea of which circuit it might be?

The company has launched a new device, less than a week ago.
For upgrades:
Your current subscription period includes the basic packages and the UP9 version is the one that supports 4000 channels.
- First, you should pay the necessary fees to upgrade your current subscription from 2 months to 3 months which gives you over additional access to all Aliminiupg channels.
2- Other devices we have include the Alimni, but the timing for your service is limited to 3 months on the .UP9
3- The device includes one month of credit which will allow you to connect with every supported channel and you will be able to use all types available on UP9 for the device.
4- Always make sure you have the necessary updates during the available time for support on the .UP9 devices for future plans.
Then the next month you will be able to see whether you have the correct hours
.............To make your tuning to Channels you can use: starsat Agi 4000 .4200.5100.5200 with this software for Echolink 700.707.777 Truman -xtrem x2 100 . 200.300 Fte updated.....
