    Hello,
You will find the translation into French of a manual in German HERE. At the beginning of the translation, there is a link to access the German manual that contains the list of codes.

Hi, this is not my method but that of NSE!
Your TV and this remote control are probably incompatible. Unfortunately, this is much more common than what the manufacturers of so-called universal remote controls claim. https://www.telecommandier.com/PBCPPlayer.asp?ID=55449

    Hello
here is the programming procedure for a urc20 remote control
    manual code search
    1. turn on your device (for example, the TV)
    2. press the corresponding device selection button (TV, VCR, SAT...)
    3. press the FUNC button until the LED display lights up (± 2 seconds)
    4. press the Power button
    5. start your manual code search by pressing the VOL+ or VOL- button and aim the remote at the powered-on device.
Each time the VOL+ or VOL- button is pressed, the remote will advance to the next code in the ascending or descending order in the code list.
The LED display lights up for each code.
Note: if the LED display blinks 3 times, you have reached the end or the beginning of the code list.
    6. if the device for which you are searching for the code turns off, it means the correct code has been reached: immediately press the FUNC button before the remote advances to the next code. The LED display blinks once to indicate that the code has been saved.

    hoping this can help
    regards
