Hello,
In a spreadsheet, I have several sheets that are named. In the 1st sheet and in my 1st column, I have listed all the other sheets that represent the names of different establishments.
I would like to be able, by clicking on a cell in my 1st sheet, to trigger the opening of the sheet with the same name as the one written in the cell I clicked on.

Yes, no problem: you have a button in a toolbar that allows you to create a hyperlink from the content of a cell (or alternatively, on the cell: right-click and select the "hyperlink" option). It can be an internet hyperlink, or a file, or a sheet in the same workbook: check the options in the dialog box that opens, it's quite clear.
