Erreur win 32 - je peux plus télécharger

Bonjour,

Je pense avoir un problème avec un virus car à chaque fois que je télécharge un logiciel je ne peux pas l'installer pour cause d' erreur win 32. J'ai installé Hijackthis comme il était conseillé sur le forum mais il faudrait que quelqu'un m'explique comment analyser les résultats.
D'autres part je pense avoir pas mal de spyware sur mon pc car j'ai des pages internet publicitaires qui se lancent sans arret genre spyware secure ou autre.

G déjà deux antivirus : avast et spy bot mais ca n' a pas l'air de suffir.
