Why do you want to launch a cxt file? Don't you have an exe?
-
My CD-ROM doesn't start directly... I don't understand... so I'm trying to open the series one by one and they are cxt files... I don't know what to do.

Hello,
It is possible to open .cxt files with Word.
You do --open, select "all files," and search for what you want to open using the explorer; once you're on your CD drive, you select the file you need.
Have a great day. -
No Vince, I don't have any exe... everything opens as files.... in folders, dxr or cxt.... the only thing I can open is a Macromedia folder, Flash Player and it's the courses.

Oh well, then use Word as nottip advised you. I think that's the only solution.

Excuse me, Nottip, but I don't understand why I need to open my CD-ROM with Word??? It's a driving school CD-ROM, so it has animated images and series to do the highway code... Isn't there any software to install to help me?
-
If it's animated, open the Flash or Macromedia file; there should be the exercises at some point.

Hello,
Normally, the CD should contain all the necessary elements for the program to function properly and start upon launch. The cxt files are Macromedia applications. There is no software "like that" to read this type of file.
So either your CD is defective, or it's a copy that didn't account for a key that protects the original, or your system is bugging somewhere.
With Word, it may be possible to open cxt files, but only intermittently.
Just in case, click on the link below.
Regards.

There are only the courses that work with Macromedia... but I don't have access to the test series of the code.

You are good at requesting another copy of the CD (legally, of course! ;))

Hello everyone, I have a CXT file on my English CD-ROM that I would like to print for revision, but I can't open it. It opens with Word Pad but looks more like hieroglyphics than English text. Can someone help me????????
