Printer that won’t start

Solved

Hello..

My CANON PIXMA TS 9150 printer no longer starts when I print from my ASUS desktop computer. Both devices are connected by cable and a message appears on the printer’s small screen saying "processing, please wait" and it disappears; then nothing happens!!!! I should mention that the printer works normally when I print from my IPHONE 13 via wifi. Does anyone have the answer to my problem and, above all, a solution?? Thanks in advance for your help

    1. Hello

Thank you for the quick reply. The cable was recently replaced. Regarding uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, how do we do it? I apologize but I’m not very good with computers (I’m 80 years old). Can I use CCleaner to uninstall and use the printer’s installation CD I kept? Or should I download the driver from the internet to get the latest version (on which site can I find the latest driver)?

      thank you for the response

      best regards

        Hello

        Ccleaner is no longer recommended

download "Revo Uninstaller" to uninstall your software.

afterwards reinstall via the printer's installation CD.
