Hello, I have a little problem. My mother bought an Android tablet and it was working very well. We didn't touch it for about 30 minutes and it went into sleep mode

It is a MID tablet, a brand of Chinese origin and subject to many problems already reported on forums.
Search the net for 'MID tablet problems' or 'MID tablets' or 'MID tablet issues' and you may be able to find a solution in all the forums related to this question.
In my opinion, the solution is to return it to the after-sales service if it's still under warranty and request an exchange.

Check on the back of the tablet for a small hole marked 'reset'. If you find one, press something sharp into this hole; this will reset the tablet.
According to forums, to unlock it, you need to follow a complex procedure and reinstall the ROM.
Also, check online for 'blocked mid tablet': there are plenty of issues posted by others that closely resemble the problem you are encountering.

Try this: press the on/off button and the volume + button at the same time
Also try pressing on/off and volume - at the same time. See if there is a small reset hole on the back or side of the tablet, if so, press this button with a thin, pointed object
