Suite office suite

Hello,

I would like to find a site that allows me to draft letters for free; I have searched several, but each time they ask for my credit card number. Why, since it’s free? I am 84 years old and I am overwhelmed. Thank you in advance and have a good weekend.

    LibreOffice is free.

    If you only need to draft rich text, you can resurrect WordPad which suffices.

      If you're looking for a site, it's an online office suite. There are choices:

      First, Microsoft 365 online entirely free. You log in via your Microsoft account.

      The Google office suite. You log in with your Gmail address and the corresponding password if you own an Android smartphone or tablet. Otherwise, you just need to create a Gmail address.

      The OnlyOffice suite is entirely free. You just need to register on their site to use it.

        I have been using FreeOffice by SoftMaker for a few years. It is a free, simple and practical software, more than enough for standard office tasks.
