Hello,
Since the data breach in France, via government sites (notably the tax site), it is impossible to reconnect to the various Ameli, tax, and CAF sites to carry out online procedures.
It is very difficult to have one's identity recognized during login and it is also impossible to use the government's online digital identification programs.
What can be done to be able to carry out online procedures again? (on the phone, the platforms do not help us much...).
Thanks for the advice!

Hello,
Just ran a test moments ago, I have no trouble logging into the tax site where I just discovered my property tax (which, amazingly enough, decreases by €5) at least via direct login and not France Connect, but which obviously requires a two-factor authentication by the specified method (code sent by email). -
Hello,
I just ran some tests.
Login to Ameli via FranceConnect (tax number) : enter tax number + password, then receive an identifier by email and validate, we return to the Ameli login page without being logged in, but I can log in by providing my Social Security Number, its password, and an identifier received by email to validate the login.
Direct login to the Tax Authorities with the tax number works
Info-retraite login via FranceConnect (Tax number) : OK
Ameli + MonEspaceSanté via FranceConnect (Tax number) : OK
I retry an Ameli login, same as the first FranceConnect KO, you must go through Ameli login with the Social Security Number
So in my tests there are no generalities. Only Ameli does not work with FranceConnect (tax number).

hello,
same here = no problem for these 'official' sites ...
maybe do a good cleanup of your PC and your browser .. ?
