Problem with font in Word

Hello,

I select a word and put it in color, but it remains black.

I highlight a word in color but Word applies an automatic change highlight

What to do? Thank you

    What to do? Specify which version of Word you are using, and attach your file.

    Well, retirement is good! Especially in the Antilles...
