Hello,
I have an issue with my mobile phone.
I recently changed operator and I noticed that on my phone I can't connect to 4G when I'm outside.
I contacted Orange; they told me to try my SIM in another phone. It works there, but on my current phone it doesn't, even though it worked fine with the other operator!
So if someone can help me. Thanks in advance.
My phone is a Nokia G20
Is there something to enable or disable in the settings? I’ve looked and tried a few things but I’m not an expert, so I don’t know!
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Thank you for your response.
So I’ve checked everything, the various steps indicated in the link you sent me.
I can get a 4G connection, well it shows “connected 4G,” but I can’t, for example, go to Google—it shows 'no connection'—and with other apps I can see on some, for example Maps or Instagram, but I can’t do anything.
I looked at mobile data usage; on Google the bar is full but not on the other apps, so I think it’s fine.
For info I have a blocked 100 MB plan and I haven’t consumed it yet. But is it possible that it’s not enough?
I see at the top right of my screen, it says 4G and below there are 2 small opposite arrows (one up, one down) that light up and turn off alternately.
Another thing regarding APN
There are:
Orange Enterprise
and
Orange World
but neither of them is checked.
So should I check one?
So what do you think?
Thank you -

Hello, While checking the APN, I saw that not all the information is present on some lines. For example, it’s shown like this: Proxy: not defined Port: not defined Server: not defined So should I fill in the information? Further, I also saw this: Bearer: 3G+, EVDO-B, LTE, ....etc and several others. Also I noticed one thing, well as I said, with this phone and the old operator (SFR) mobile data worked very well automatically as soon as I inserted the SIM into the phone. And now, trying several steps, I went to “Mobile network,” then to “Network type,” where it says: 3G/LTE/EDGE … etc.. I selected 3G to see if it works and yes the mobile data works, it shows me: Orange F Connected/H+ And I can have internet with that. If it’s on Orange 4G that’s where it doesn’t work! So does that mean I have to select 3G every time I need to use mobile data, is that right?

Hello,
Thanks for your responses. I will check all of that and see if it works.
But what I don’t understand is that with the other operator, the mobile data worked very well! It’s strange that this isn’t working here.
Could it be the SIM card?
Thanks
