Unable to delete Facebook account

Hello,

I am trying in vain to permanently delete my Facebook account for a week. When I go to the account area and click on "deactivation or deletion" I get an error page that appears both from a computer and from a phone. I don’t know what to do anymore! Especially since I can’t find Facebook support to help me

    Could be that this is related to an issue on their own servers, so try again later, also try clearing the cache and disabling the extensions in your browser.

    If you are using a VPN, also try disabling it!
