Data recovery from soldered motherboard DD

Hello,
I have a Lenovo Yoga 3 11 hybrid laptop whose motherboard failed a few days ago. I know I can't repair it, but I would at least like to recover the data on it because it's very important. Unfortunately, the hard drive is soldered to the motherboard, so the computer technician told me there was nothing to be done...
I would like to know if there is any way to recover at least the documents

    because this is not a hard drive, but a storage chip
    NEVER buy this type of PC!!
    and always remember to back up first!!
