Hello everyone,

I’m turning to the community because I’m stuck with an old phone, a Nokia Asha 302 (purchased from Orange several years ago).

I want to use it with another operator, but the device is SIM-locked. I contacted Orange’s customer service, but the adviser refused to help me (they incorrectly claimed that the law had changed or that it was no longer possible). The online automated tool also doesn’t recognize my code.

Here are the details of my device:
- Model: Nokia Asha 302
- Original carrier: Orange (France)
- Issue: Request for a start-up restriction code with another SIM card. I’ve tried the classic methods with #pw+..., but without success.

Would an expert member still have access to the old Nokia code calculators (DCT4 / BB5 generator) or know the exact procedure to force unlock of this model, which is “vintage”?

    The unlocking is carried out by operators, not by forum members who do not have access to these protection procedures.
