Internet connection issues on PC

Hello

My HP all-in-one PC is having trouble connecting to the internet. Previously, I experienced many disconnections via Wi-Fi. As a result, I switched to a wired connection. It worked for several months, but now I have the same issue, even with the wired connection. Sometimes it works for 5 minutes, then it cuts off, and at times, nothing is possible.

What is the exact model of this HP PC..? its age, its operating system and version..

-- The internet provider.. ISP, Fiber or ADSL or shared Smartphone..?

-- What is the speed of the connection as seen on https://www.speedtest.net/fr

How many devices are connected to this line, in the house..?
