Hello and thank you to everyone who answered my previous questions. After changing the ink cartridge, the printer gets stuck with a message saying "The ink pad is at the end of its service life. Contact Epson support." There's nothing in the maintenance manual and on Epson support, no response regarding the term "ink pad." If this blockage sounds familiar, thanks in advance. Whatt02
