More sending and receiving with my Gmail / Outlook address

Hello,
Since January 15, 2026 (today is the 21st), I no longer receive messages on my gmail.com address and cannot send them either. The status of sending/receiving in Outlook displays this message:
The task "Synchronizing folders with subscription of ***@***." reported an error (0x800CCC0E): "Unable to synchronize folders with subscription of ***@***. Error: Unable to connect to the server. If this message reappears, contact the server administrator or your Internet service provider."
I have been using Outlook on my PC for a long time without any issues until now, and my Gmail account on my iPhone and iPad works fine (sending and receiving without problems). However, on my Windows 11 laptop, I have the same problem, the same error as my Windows 10 PC.
I checked my internet connection: no issues. All other applications are functioning. Additionally, my old sfr.fr email address works. Thankfully, this allows me to continue working.
A priori, my IMAP account settings seem correct: incoming port 993 and outgoing port 465? How can we check if the server is temporarily unavailable? But is it really, since it works with my iPhone?
I restarted the SFR Box: the problem persists.
I temporarily disabled my antivirus: the problem persists.
I ran a repair on Outlook: the problem persists.
I don’t know what else to do to resolve this issue.
Can you help me?
With all my thanks,
Best regards
