I just bought this TV Wireless headphones ID: 2BQGT-BH128 A.

I’m looking for the French manual because I have no sound on the TV when the headset’s jack is plugged in. Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

    Whether the sound is cut off on the speakers is normal. This is how all output jacks work (except for any exceptions I have never observed).

    If you want to keep the sound for two people, one of whom is wearing headphones, you need to use another sound output (digital, for example) with a converter:

    For more details, the exact model of the TV should be specified.

    If this headset is the one described here:

    It has an optical input, so we need to know whether the TV side offers an optical audio output.

    A simple optical audio cable will allow the connection and probably a discussion in the "Audio" or "Sound" menu of the TV in order to enable the optical output.

    All this, as mentioned by georges97, requires knowing the references (Brand and model) of your TV.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...
