Hello,

I purchased an HP laptop as well as the Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus pack 15 days ago.

I received the activation key that I cannot enter into Word because the 5-day period offered by Word 365 has expired.

I have not activated Microsoft 365.

Please provide me with a working procedure because I am unable to follow your instructions.

We have given no instructions.

There is no deadline to activate an Office 2024 license sold online, although it's often a bit like overbooking with flights: if it's not used quickly, it may have been used by someone else and might no longer work, you will need to ask the supplier for a replacement.

You must start by uninstalling 365 using the Microsoft assistant.

Then, regarding instructions, carefully follow those from the license seller, which may vary; if you do not do this, the license will not work and you'll just have to buy another one.
