Hello,
I wanted to know if when it says Chipset, it's referring to the motherboard's driver?

Hello!
The chipset (translating to "set of components" or "set of circuits") is an electronic circuit responsible for coordinating data exchanges between the various components of the computer (processor, memory...). Since the chipset is integrated into the motherboard, it is important to choose a motherboard that includes a recent chipset in order to maximize the upgrade potential of the computer.

Some chipsets sometimes integrate a graphics chip or an audio chip, which means that it is not necessary to install a graphics card or a sound card. However, it is sometimes advisable to disable them (when possible) in the BIOS setup and to install high-quality expansion cards in the designated slots.
