    It is normal for Windows Update to be blocked. Support for Windows 10 ended on October 14.

    Windows 10 reached its end of support on October 14, 2025. At this point, technical assistance, feature updates, and security updates are no longer provided. If you have devices running Windows 10, we recommend upgrading them to Windows 11, which offers a more modern, secure, and highly efficient computing experience. If the devices do not meet the technical requirements to run Windows 11, we recommend enrolling in the Windows 10 Consumer Extended Security Updates (ESU) program or replacing the device with one that supports Windows 11.

    - Check your Internet connection,

    - Use the Windows Update Troubleshooter,

    - or Temporarily disable your antivirus.
