Hello,

Hello,

It seems that my PC doesn't have a TPM 2.0 module and I can't find anything in the BIOS to activate it.
I am on W10.

I would like to know if I can buy this type of module:

ASUS TPM-SPI

Type: SPI 14-1 pin module

or
another
and if I could successfully install it on my motherboard?

ASUS H81-GAMER
Rev X.0x

Thanks to everyone,

    Hi

TPM modules are complicated to find and generally do not work.

The function is emulated by the processor in all cases; the problem is that this function is only available on processors that are no more than 5 or 6 years old at most.

Otherwise, you need to bypass Microsoft's restrictions as explained in other discussions on the forum. For example here: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-38235966-windows-11#dernier

    Hello,

TPM or not, your platform is natively incompatible.

It is clear that finding a functional TPM module is becoming complicated. In this case, checking first if the processor properly supports emulation remains the simplest solution. Have you already checked if your model supports fTPM or PTT without adding an external module? https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-38235966-windows-11#dernier
