Unable to connect

Hello,

I just bought a new computer, and I can't connect to my Hotmail account anymore; it's the same on my boyfriend's computer. Luckily, I'm still logged in on my phone. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message saying that I've used an incorrect password too many times, even though it's the right one. Has anyone ever solved this problem?

It’s a recurring question here on CCM, you need to check this with Microsoft support.

Apparently, it is a problem with Microsoft's servers, the only option is to wait at least 24 hours without making any new attempts with this type of block related to too many attempts.
