Insert a calendar + Excel filter button

Hello,

I would like my file to display a date picker in column B.

Additionally, when entering new data, I would like to have direct access to the first available row.

Either create a button that removes all filters at once and brings me to the last available row, or if possible, when I click the button, show the last row while keeping my filters. (Row 3, I will probably add columns.)
