You can choose, for the combined different ringtone melodies, between external calls, internal calls, and the alarm (see notice page 37 § Ringtone melody).

It is not possible to assign different ringtones based on who is calling you.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...
