Install Windows 11 and create 2 Chrome profiles.

Hello,

I now need to install Windows 11 on my HP PAVILION. However, I would also like to create two Chrome profiles to allow my partner to use my computer.

What is the best solution:

1) install Windows 11 and then

2) create the two profiles

or the other way around?

I don't know anything about Windows 11!

Hello,

Do not confuse Windows (the operating system) for which you can create different sessions (after installation)

And Chrome, a web browser on which you can also create multiple profiles.

Either you keep a single Windows session, thus sharing files, software, etc. but with two separate profiles on Google Chrome (thus with favorites, etc. separated)

Or you create two Windows sessions (which I advise you) with different user folders, and two separate Chrome profiles (one on each Windows session)

Thank you for this response. I will ultimately choose the two Windows sessions solution.

It's always a good idea to consult CCM.
