ALCATEL F390 Landline Phone

The screen of my ALCATEL F390 fixed phone does not light up when placed on the base, the same when the phone rings and the same when I pick it up.

The batteries have been changed.

    Good morning,

    Let’s just remind here that, on this forum, minimal polite expressions such as "Hello" (at least) - "Please" - "Thank you in advance" - "Best regards" and any other variations on the same theme are highly appreciated.

    And this is for at least one good reason in addition to the notion of universal civility: the people who respond here are volunteers whom you are asking for a free service.
