Install software without admin rights

Hello, I have been using a PC from the region for almost 2 years now, and I don't have the necessary administrator password to install software most of the time. The batch method I have seen everywhere no longer works since it switched to Windows 11; it still asks me for a password, and I haven't found anything recent on this subject.

Actually, I broke the touchscreen of my mobile phone (I can't see what I'm doing), and I would like to install software to use it from the computer.

    Hello,

    This blockage is due to a BIOS password (a necessary condition to change the boot volume and install software or a new operating system), and not to an administrator password.

    This password can only be provided by the administration of the institution that granted the loan, and you need to address them.

    Moreover, for several years, this blockage has been automatically lifted at the end of the schooling period by an internal process.
