Hello, do you see a real difference in gaming usage between the two, or is it mainly useful for heavy productivity?

Hello,
For gaming, a good PCIe 4.0 SSD (like a Samsung 990 Pro or WD Black SN850X) is more than enough. The difference with a PCIe 5.0 is negligible and does not justify the extra cost.

Hello,
It's just that the maximum memory interface speed of NVMe SSDs doubles compared to 4.0.
It depends on the SSD itself and your usage.
On its own, it has no direct correspondence.
