Unable to create my Free email account

Hello,

Whether through Outlook 2021 or the control panel, all my attempts to create my POP mail account have failed, displaying the following message: "We could not connect to the outgoing server (SMTP). None of the authentication methods supported by Outlook are supported by your server."

Or: Error 550 5.0.0

I tried scanning my PST file, copying a working PST file from another PC with the same email address, to no avail. No issues with Thunderbird.

I am using Windows 11 24H2 and Outlook 2021.

I want to clarify that my username and password are correct and verified (login via webmail works fine).

    Hello,

    Here are the outgoing server settings for Outlook:

    (my incoming server uses the IMAP protocol, but it does not affect the outgoing server).

    What is well conceived is clearly expressed,
