Hello

I have a Windows update kb5063878 that has been stuck at 0% for about two hours on my laptop, a Victus 16-r0046nb... (I saw that the update is almost 3GB)
I disabled Windows Defender, restarted and turned off the AV, but nothing works, it won't download... I also downloaded the update manually but it tells me "error 0x800700c1" which I don't understand...
Do you have any ideas? It seems like an important update... ???

    so, one thing I should have pointed out, I plugged the PC into the power and the update is going well but slowly, so... I'm at 93% after two hours...
    I think Windows should give a warning...

    don't you think?

    I'll come back to let you know if everything is okay...

    and thanks for your help bazfile, but everything seems to be working fine despite a repair

    Well there it is... everything has been set up nicely... you just had to be patient... very patient even... it actually took 3 hours...
