Setting print margins

Hello,
I'm using Windows and I have an HP 4222e printer. The issue is that not the whole file is printed each time. I assume it's a margin problem but I can't access the printing margins to change them. I'm on the latest Windows on a new PC and the printer is only a few months old. I also have instant ink. Is it possible to change them or should I consider buying another printer?

Hello,
Have you tried using the HP Smart app:
Make sure the HP Smart app is installed (available for download from the Microsoft Store or the HP website).
Open HP Smart, select your printer, then go to the print settings.
Look for an option like "Margins" or "Layout" in the print settings. Select "Standard Margins" or, if available, "Borderless" to reduce the margins.
Note that the HP DeskJet 4222e does not support borderless printing for all types of paper, but it may be possible for specific formats like photo paper.
Or:
Try using the Windows print driver:
Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click on your HP DeskJet 4222e, and select "Print Preferences."
In the "Paper/Quality" or "Layout" tab, look for margin options. Try selecting minimal margins or check if an option like "Fit to Paper" is available.
If the margins cannot be changed, it may be a hardware limitation of the printer (HP printers often impose a minimum margin of 5 mm).
