Hello,

Hello, since this morning I have a problem with the settings on my Samsung A14 phone. When I try to access the settings, it keeps crashing automatically, it's driving me crazy, I can't even get into the settings please help me.

    Hello,

    here's what I would try to do:

    1) restart the phone and see if it works

    2) press and hold the settings icon for a few seconds and at the bottom "force stop"

    3) if it still doesn't work, restart it in safe mode

    Hello

    Try pressing the Power/Standby button and the volume down until restart.

    If, in the end, there is a "Fastboot" window: press the Power/Standby button for 10 seconds.
