Unable to cancel Facebook account

Hello,

I would like to cancel a Facebook account (which is a duplicate and I do not use). When I follow the procedure and reach:

"You cannot make this change at this time"

"Indeed, we have noticed that you are using a device that you do not usually use and we need to ensure the security of your account. We will allow you to make this change after you have used this device for some time."

It has been several days, I have tried about ten times but nothing works. What should I do??

    The answer is in the notification!

    We will allow you to make this change after using this device for a certain amount of time.

    All that's left is to wait; for the rest, we can't do anything here about the waiting time, it's Facebook that decides!
