No internet connection with fiber

Hello

I just had the Orange fiber installed, and while everything worked perfectly with an Orange (ADSL) modem, my Windows 11 computer won't connect with the fiber.

I don't even have the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom of the screen.

However, my mobile phone managed to connect, as well as my husband's computer.

Could someone explain this to me?

The message I get is a driver or network card problem.

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding.
