Hello,

I can no longer receive TV channels.

Access is blocked by "Video error: distant server error."

What should I do?

Nevertheless, I can receive the replays. ???

If you're able to watch replays but not live TV channels, this may indicate a temporary issue with the server streaming the live feeds. It could be a connection problem between your device and the streaming service, or simply an outage with the provider.

I recommend first restarting your internet box as well as the device you're using to watch the channels (smart TV, decoder, computer, or smartphone). If the problem persists, also check for any updates available for the app or your device's system.

Hello,

You unplug your entire BOX, everything; you wait for a moment, you turn everything back on and patiently wait until everything loads to see if it resolves the issue.
