Hello,

I bought (excited by your tests) a Beelink SER8/8745HS/32G/1TB which does not recognize my Bluetooth keyboard or Bluetooth speakers.

When I go to Settings / Bluetooth and devices > accessories / Add a device and click on "Bluetooth / audio devices, keyboard etc", a screen indicates "Connection Impossible" "Turn on Bluetooth on this device even though Bluetooth is turned on..."

Moreover, the Bluetooth icon, which should normally be on the taskbar, is no longer there.

What should I do? Can you help me? My Beelink is not three months old.

Best regards, Fernando

    Hello,

The BT is not easy because we can't see anything...

-- two paired devices are required... and know both ends

-- If I understand, this Beelink SER8 is a kind of PC... with good specs... (Windows, Linux or Android..?) and its BT version is 5.2... but the keyboard and speakers, what are they..??

-- Compatibility of versions is a requirement...

-- Another important point... The number of connected Bluetooth devices is not like Wi-Fi; a quantity is defined and parameterized, so we need to find this figure and adjust...

Would it be possible to test on a smartphone..?

Maybe there is a dedicated forum for these devices..?
