suppression de troj/winspy.c Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

apparemment, après de nombreuses recherches,et ayant des problèmes avec une icone persistante de win-spy shareware, j'ai téléchargé l'antivirus SOPHOS. Après l'avoir lancé en ayant pris soin de tout cocher sur son futur travail, j'ai eu la surprise, après la fin du scan de voir disparaitre la fameuse icone qui me pourrissait la vie depuis pas mal de temps (voir mes post...)
De plus, chose curieuse, jai également retrouvé dans ma catégorie "Outils" mes options de dossiers que j'avais perdues.!!

Mais ce n'est pas encore la panacée car je n'ai toujours pas la possibilité de retrouver mes fichiers cachés car à la place de ce choix, le tableau me propose : après avoir fait "options de dossiers", puis affichage, je n'ai pas "afficher les fichiers cachés", mais "gestion de paires de pages web et de dossiers"... 
???
Quelqu'un peut -il m'aiguiller ? merci.
Ca serait sympa car je laisse des post pour des problemes mais je n'ai que très rarement des réponses.....

smit fraud fix (colle le rapport)

1/ telecharger :

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php




2/ double clique sur smitfraudfix. puis sélectionne 1 et appuyer sur entrée afin de créer le rapport des infection présentes. une fois le rapport effectué redémarre en mode sans échec (en appuyant sur F8 ou suppr, ou F5 au démarrage en général)

3/ puis refaire comme en 2/ mais sélectionne l'option 2 et appuyer sur entrée pour commencer la désinfection. lorsque le programme demande si tu veut nettoyer le registre mets oui en tapant 0 et entrée

->Relance AVG AS -> "Analyse" ->"Paramètres"

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" :

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines"
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".

->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici

ok, merci de m'avoir répondu. et désolé de n'avoir pas répondu plus tot, mais je ne suis pas habitué à ce que quelqu'un réponde si vite; merci encore : bon en résumé,
après avoir fait comme tu me l'as dit un smit fraudfix, et avoir redémarré l'ordi, j'ai halluciné : l'icone winspy shareware est revenue !!!
je te colle le rapport après le smit frandfix vu que je me suis loupé sur le rapport avant de le passer :

Par contre, quand j'ai redemarré mon ordi, j'ai plein de problèmes maintenant .. il est très lent, je veux désactiver l'antivirus sophos mais l'ordi veut pas, c'est la galère.. VIVEMENT QUE TU ME SORTES DE LA... lol

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement. 
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau). 

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides. 
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord) 

Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Termine le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote. 
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Dézippe-le (clic droit dessus > extraire tout)
et lance lopxp.bat

poste le rapport ensuite en pièce jointe.

Colle le rapport :
Clean permettra de faire du nettoyage et supprimer des fichiers que des anti-virus et anti-spywares n'ont pas pu trouver. Le logiciel est régulièrement mis à jour, vous devrez donc le re-téléchargé pour obtenir une version plus récente.

·  Téléchargez clean.zip, décompressez-le sur votre bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), vous obtenez alors un dossier clean 
·  Démarrez Windows en mode sans échec : Guide pour redémarrer en mode sans échec

1. - J'ai fait comme tu m'as dit un premier hijacthis avec scan only
2. - rogue remover m'indique "félicitations, aucun mouchard detecté"
3. - j'ai installé clean, j'ai suivi les instructions et je me suis mis en mode sans échec. Il m'indique : envoyer le fichier "C:\upload_moi_xpsp2-3A927E488.tar.gz car il est peut etre infecté, mais j'ai essayé et ca ne voulait pas (serveur introuvable)

pour afficher les dossiers et fichiers cachés du système:
Panneau de configuration/Options des dossiers/onglet Affichage/cocher Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés, décocher Masquer les extensions de fichiers connus, décocher Masquer les fichiers protégés du Système .



Les fichiers et dossiers cachés du système apparaissent alors dans l'explorateur Windows en transparence.

Le système cache par défaut certains fichiers et dossiers afin d'éviter leur suppression intempestive ou son remplacement par un fichier infecté/corrompu. Pour les afficher:

    * Explorateur Windows - menu Outils - Options des dossiers.

    * Sous l'onglet Affichage, activer l'entrée Afficher les dossiers et fichiers cachés

    * Pour afficher les fichiers très sensibles, décocher l'entrée Masquer les fichiers protégés du système (recommandé) et cliquer sur OK dans la boîte d'avertissement. Il est recommandé de réactiver cette option après être intervenu dans le système

Je viens de le mettre en quarantaine. j'espère que ca suffira. Qu'en penses tu ? faut-il plutot le supprimer ?

pour le virer c'est simple car il est dans ta restauration system:


désactive la restauration système pour purger les virus qui seraient dedans  (dans DEMARRER puis TOUS LES PROGRAMMES puis ACCESSOIRE puis OUTILS SYSTEME puis RESTAURATION SYSTEME puis paramètre)


redemarre ton ordi


puis réactive là

dans ce cas je pense qu'il faut que tu utilise axcrypt pour les revoir et ouvrir

Je n'arrive toujours pas à avoir la possibilité d'avoir mes fichiers cachés. Mais bon, c'est déjà beaucoup de m'avoir dépanné sur cette saloperie de virus qui me pourissait la vie depuis quelques temps... J'espère sincèrement que d'autres pourront profiter de tes connaissances et de ta super patience.... LOL... merci pour tout en tout cas , c'était vraiment sympa de ta part. A charge de revanche, qui sait... bonne continuation à toi
