Hello everyone,
I’m trying to troubleshoot a Fujitsu Celsius W5010N (Xeon W-1270, 32 GB RAM, dedicated GPU) and I’m stuck.
When I boot with one RAM module, I get 4 beeps. With two RAM modules, the beeps are continuous. No display at all, whether I plug the monitor into the GPU or the motherboard video output. Additionally, the GPU fans spin for a few seconds then stop, even though the machine remains on and the PC fan runs continuously.
I’ve already tried 3 different RAM sticks (different brands/speeds/sizes), tried every RAM slot combination, reseated the processor, cleared the CMOS with the jumper or by removing the battery.
The board is a Fujitsu W3817A, and I can’t find any official list of audio codes or documentation on this topic.
The previous owner claimed it could boot under MS-DOS, but I have no way to contact them now, so I can’t confirm what state the machine was in or how stable it was.
If anyone has ever dealt with this model or encountered similar problems, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
