Error 70 permission denied

Hello, while trying to install software on my Windows Server 2019 and after a few steps I received the error 70 permission denied. I ran the installation as an administrator, I modified the permissions for the local administrator account to have full control, but despite that I was unable to install my software, although I didn't encounter this error during the installation of AnyDesk or Crystal Reports.
